Description Are you friendly, flexible, and love taking initiative? Then we have a position for you, we are staffing for an expanding company in need of an excellent and thorough Accounts Receivable Specialist.The Accounts Receivable Specialist role will handle:
Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks at field sites, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and payroll liaison activities
Prepare and post daily check deposits received in mail to the bank
Collections: contact existing clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans
Send out monthly customer statements
Assist with other customer requests
Requirements
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in receivable/accounts payable
Customer Service experience
