Job Description
Maintain financial records for two large multi-tenant commercial buildings in Essex Junction and Burlington. Specific duties to include:
Maintain bank accounts and general ledgers for multiple companies
Tenant rental billings and accounts receivable
Review tenant leases for billing purposes
Accounts payable and check preparation
Various other office duties as needed
Job Requirements
Good general knowledge of bookkeeping and able to learn specific lease related functions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Detail oriented
Strong communication skills
One year of bookkeeping experience
Minimum of a high school diploma
