Vermont Ride Network offers a professional atmosphere with friendly people. We are looking for a reliable, personable customer service oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who looking for a career. We operate 24/7 and currently have availability for weekday shifts from 6 am to 3 pm, or 10 am 6 pm shifts will alternate.
We are looking for people who have customer service experience in a fast paced environment. We have found individuals with a background in food service, hospitality, and sales have been a good fit for this position.

Skills we are looking for:
- General knowledge of the greater Burlington area (including Winooski, South Burlington, the New North End, Williston, Colchester and Essex Junction).
- Computer experience is a must, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellence at prioritization and logistics.
- Experience in the customer service field.
- Ability to adapt to swift changes in workplace speed and pressure.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Dependability.
Your duties:
- Efficiently collect and enter data.
- Operate multiple phone lines in a professional manner.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely service.
- Competently manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Make proactive and resourceful decisions.
We have immediate full time hours.
Starting pay is dependent upon experience. Pay increases to match performance. We offer Holiday pay as well as Sick / Vacation pay. Flexible Schedule. 50% employee discount.
