ReSOURCE’s YouthBuild program is provides youth between the ages of 16 and 24 with job skills, leadership and career development training, and AmeriCorps service experience, and an opportunity to complete their secondary education. The AmeriCorps Community Partnership Coordinator is responsible for developing and strengthening community partnerships for the YouthBuild program, including identifying partnerships for potential service projects and service learning initiatives. This position also provides academic support to YouthBuild students through recruiting and training volunteer tutors and supporting classroom activities. The YouthBuild staff team is highly collaborative and deeply invested in youth development. This is a full-time (1,700 hour/1 year) AmeriCorps position that includes a stipend and a Segal Education Award. Priority candidates will have experience in youth development and education.
