So whether medical or management, sales or service, you'll stay connected to what matters most to you.LabCorp is seeking a Paralegal for our office in Burlington, North CarolinaLicense/Certification/Education:Normally an Associate's Degree w/2-4 years of experience.Description:Individual to provide assistance to the Law Department, with the ability to provide a broad range of legal support for international business operations. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and negotiation of moderately complex client and commercial contracts, and real estate documents, on a worldwide basis. The position will interact directly with internal and external counsel, as well as company representatives. The candidate will provide support to attorneys in day-to-day activities related to contract administration, including loading documents into the company's contract management system, assigning contract reviews per guidelines, overseeing the contract review process, editing contracts, liaising with business partners, and other duties as assigned. The ability to work in a high-pace and high-volume work environment, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and superior organization, and project management are necessary for success in this role. The candidate should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environment, but is confident with exercising independent judgment.
