Kforce technology client in Burlington, MA is looking for new Revenue Manager to lead the team. Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing customer contracts and bundled elements to ensure the grouping of customer arrangements is appropriate and in accordance with ASC606
Preparation of journal entries and reconciliations during monthly close to ensure current period revenue is correctly stated
Preparation of monthly Closing Package, quarterly external audit schedules, quarterly 10Q and annual 10K schedules for SEC filing
Preparation of revenue related schedules for external auditors
Responding to quarterly requests from internal auditors for SOX compliance
Working closely with Revenue Technical team and Order Management team to make sure revenue recognition consistently
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred
5 years' experience in Accounting and/or Finance with a focus on revenue recognition, preferably including experience in both public accounting and corporate environments
Understanding of revenue accounting rules under ASC606
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
