We are especially seeking candidates who have experience in copywriting, art direction, and social media with the ability to expand a brand's reach while increasing its loyalty and awareness. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will lead digital improvement initiatives while also participating in digital transformation efforts. Warrant that the CRM plan is executed when expected and within budget
Collaborate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to add to the customer journey & experience
Give clear communications to the customer that are fitting to their needs and life stage
Head a strong team of digital specialists and manage the digital strategy
Spearhead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Push more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Inaugurate, initiate, shape, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions Requirements
Data Management experience is a MUST HAVE!
Preceding managerial role
Skilled in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Competent in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
A balanced combination of skill, management experience and initiative
Command of Multi-Channel Marketing
Strong familiarity with Paid Media
Practical knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
Past role in vendor management
Remarkable track record in cultivating digital brands with strong ROI
Proficient multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
