Rosie's Restaursnt is located in Middlebury Vermont. We are an all American Restaurant open 6am-9pm Monday-Sunday.
We are currently looking to hire a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef to help lead our experienced kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to assist in the selecting, training, supervising, developing, and counseling of staff in the kitchen.
This person should also Exemplify leadership verbally and physically through hard work, dedication and a positive attitude
Some of the job duties will include:
Assist in maintaining inventory; estimate of food consumption and purchase or requisition food and non food items necessary for kitchen operation
Maintain stockrooms, walk-ins, freezer and food storage
Insure proper rotation of all food throughout the kitchen and line storage
Inventory of all food and food related products
Review, check in and sign all invoices
