DEDALUS WINE BAR SEEKING PASSIONATE COOKS
Dedalus Wine Bar is hiring kitchen staff. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about wine and food, and who will help us shape the culinary culture in Vermont. As a line cook, you will work first-hand with the best cheese, charcuterie, and oysters in the country and beyond. You will also have access to wine education.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience
Professional knife skills
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Must have nights and weekends available
Willingness to learn and to work within prescribed SOPs
Work well with others
Organizational Skills
Attention to detail
Strong Communication skills
An interest in wine and service
ServeSafe Certification preferred.
