Fresh Picks Cafe, a division of Café Services, Inc., is seeking experienced, outgoing, customer-oriented candidates to join our team for a summer camp opportunity!

COOKING EXPERIENCE A MUST! This camp is expected to begin the last week of June for a 10-week period.
This is a summer ONLY position and candidate must be able to successfully clear a background check and have reliable transportation!

Duties:
Prepare all items to recipe and the standards outlined in the Operations Manual. Prepares all types of foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; prepares food to include salads, dressings, sandwiches, and cold plates; prepares foods on grill, in broiler, or on stovetop.
Use daily prep list and menu and gather products and tools needed to produce the menu items for the day.
Operates food production equipment to include slicers, choppers, dicers, mixers, vertical cutters, and other beverage, vegetable, bakery, and meat processing equipment.
"Take Ownership" of the assigned station by taking primary responsibility for keeping the station and the front of the house up to company standards.
