Sweetwaters American Bistro in downtown Burlington Vermont is seeking high energy, goal oriented professional grill cooks, saute cooks, garde manger & fry cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers for our upcoming summer season. A.M and P.M. shifts are available for line and prep. P.M. shifts are available for dish.
Requirements Include:
-2 years experience in a high volume restaurant
-Able to cook proteins to temp
-Able to effectively and efficiently stock and prep station
-Able to keep a clean station throughout shift
-Able to take direction well
-Clear and effective communication skills
-Able to lift 50lbs
-Self Motivated to complete tasks
