It all began in July of 2016 when we decided to share our love of tacos with the world. A cooler filled with hot bricks wrapped in foil kept the first batch of breakfast tacos warm as I stood on the side of the road at 7 a.m. anxiously awaiting our first customer. That morning didnt bring much luck but we didnt let it stop us. With the support of family I was back out there the next morning and to my surprise we sold out! Thats when Titos was born. Fast forward 2 years and with the overwhelming support of the community we have turned this taco dream into a taco reality.
Our mission is to help others realize that they can achieve their dreams no matter what they are,, and to encourage all who come in contact with Titos Taqueria. We achieve our mission through Encouragement, Creation, Consistency, and Leadership.

Position: Taco Team Member - Evening Shift
Location: Brattleboro, VT
Evening shift typically is from 3pm-10pm.
What does a Taco Team Member do?
A taco team member performs cleaning, food preparation, and guest service duties.
Cleaning duties consist of dish washing, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, sweeping & mopping, and deep cleaning.
Food preparation duties include preparing food, cooking food, and assembling tacos and burritos.
Guest service job duties include greeting and thanking guests, taking guest orders, and completing transactions on the cash register.
Performance Expectations & Standards
What is expected of me when working at Titos?
Team members must keep the kitchen and taco trailer in great shape. Titos team members must be able to work in a fast paced environment and know how to keep themselves busy during all hours of the day. Greeting guests with gratitude is our top most priority.
Salary and Compensation
Taco Team Members typically earn an hourly rate between $10.78 and $12.50. Pay rates for these Team Member may increase over time. In addition to base pay Team Members receive free tacos, burritos, swag, and the opportunity to be part of the ultimate Taco Team in taco-existence.
