About the Role

The Client Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to the Aspenti Healths client, agencies and organizations that comprise the current customer base. The Client Coordinators primary responsibility will be to assess your clients needs, provide support, and troubleshoot via phone or email. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for and oversee all Additional Information Requests as well as providing daily and weekly metrics across the department to ensure client delight. This role will own the shipping processes and ensure that internal and external inventory levels are maintained and managed for all collections supplies.

Deliver Excellent Customer Service to Client Base

o Identify, assess and resolve all incoming client calls or emails in a timely and effective manner

o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

o Update and maintain client contact information and records in CRM, as necessary

o Manage the shipping, ordering, scheduling pick-ups, and inventory levels for internal use and external customers

o Grow Base Plus accounts through our value-added incentives program to become Core or Strategic accounts

o Ensure that the Additional Information Request process is followed and that all specimens are tested in a timely manner

o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods/tools to both external and internal customers per organization and department protocols and procedures

o Act responsibly and follows professional code of conduct as set forth by senior personnel

Serve as Support to Client Management

o Support the Client Experience department with various tasks such reporting account and departmental metrics.

o Associates Degree in a related field is preferred and/or 1+ years of relevant work experience in client management

o Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

o Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

o Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

o Ability to work in a highly organized and efficient manner

o High level of reliability, dedication and initiative

o Personal affinity towards the belief that substance use addictions can be treated

o Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications)

o Travel may be required (up to 10%)
