Bio-dynamic Gardener

This position includes working in the Inner Fire garden which is vital to the Seekers (our residents) healing journey and supplies the kitchen with produce. The gardeners task is to manage the greenhouse and beds, and to guide Seekers (our residents) as they develop their relationship to the earth. The ideal candidate would be willing to take on additional tasks in the community, including forestry in the winter months and guiding Seekers through other practical work. Gardeners with training and experience in biodynamics preferred.

Overnight and Per Diem Guide

This position includes two overnights (8 pm to 7 am) of guiding our residents (Seekers) through care of self and living space, preparing for sleep, foot baths, and rising and preparing for the day. It may also include guiding or assisting with evening programs and weekend shifts. Evening and weekend activities include singing, sharing a question and appreciations, crafts or games, hiking, cleaning, cooking and some outdoor work or other outdoor activities. Individuals trained and experienced in the health and human services areas of care giving such as CNA, PCA, RCA, home health or home economics, preferred.

Residential and Life Skills Guide

This full or part time position is focused on empowering Seekers with life skills such as meal preparation, cleaning and organizing of personal and residential living spaces and belongings, health and hygiene. This guide will also support detoxification by facilitating compresses, saunas, foot baths. They will also guide Seekers through other activities and practical work including but not limited to hikes/walks, errands, appointments and outdoor and indoor work. Individuals trained and experienced in the health and human services areas of care giving such as CNA, PCA, RCA, home health or home economics, will be given preference.

Compensation:
