The Heritage Automotive Group is looking for full and part-time Outdoor Operations Crew Members this summer! The outdoor operations crew monitors our parking lots and effectively communicates with management, sales team and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and traffic flow.
Responsibilities include:
- Moving vehicles to maintain the appearance of the dealership lot.
- Shuttle cars to and from the off-site lot for sales and service staff as needed.
- Maintain optimum mix of vehicles off-site and on-site (age, make and model).
- Park and maneuver vehicles, in tight spaces at times.
- Oversee the lot, ensuring that fire lanes are kept clear and parking issues are addressed.
- Fueling vehicles, and working with the sales staff to manage our extensive inventory.
- Locate and prep vehicles to be photographed, for our website.
- Vehicle prep entails light interior cleaning and use of car wash.
- Preparing new and used vehicles for inventory.
- Performing related tasks as assigned.
- Use of problem-solving and effective communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Communicates effectively, assertive when necessary.
- Maintains a friendly demeanor and healthy sense of humor.
- Does not mind being on their feet all day while getting plenty of exercise.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons and temperatures.
