Maple syrup operation

Hello, I’m looking for somebody that can maintain a small sugaring operation 3500 taps plus or minus. I’m having shoulder replacement surgery and can’t do the labor this year. Job will include getting tubing ready for the winner start tapping around January and maintaining vacuum through the season, possibly boiling as well. I also want the drops replaced as well. I have all the tools and four wheeler to use. For this job, you must have experience. I’m unavailable to train somebody. Pay based on experience.
