Our growing law office is seeking a motivated and detail oriented real estate attorney to join our lively, growing, fast-paced, client-centered transactional real estate practice.
Primary responsibilities include conducting real estate title searches, drafting deeds, preparing title opinions and title insurance policies, as well as conducting real estate closings. Additional practice areas include estate planning, corporate formation and common interest ownership communities.
The position requires strong organizational skills, great customer service / interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, outstanding time management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently, a good sense of humor, and proficiency with MS Office programs. Prior transactional real estate experience and/or an eagerness to learn are a must.
