ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Manage our marketing efforts; social and print media, internal and external communication strategies

- Act as a liaison amongst employees and Management

- Help expand the culture of VASTA to increase client and employee enthusiasm about the VASTA vision

- Effectively communicate the VASTA message and concept to prospective and current clients, referral sources and for community outreach

- Creatively influence the future brand differentiation regionally

- Expeditiously manage additional administrative tasks assigned by management

- Expect job functions to increase over time

EXPERIENCE Desired but not necessary:

- Responsibility for human resource functions; employee satisfaction, worksite enrichment, and company loyalty

- Execution and management of marketing strategies

- Reporting to management on employee and customer satisfaction

- Attend training/ orientations to learn the company products, services, methods and philosophy

- Investigate and recommend action and resolve employee relations, employee performance, complaints and issues

- Understanding of employment laws and practices as well as familiar with federal and state regulations

- Available for periodic meetings via telephone or in-person

Expectations:¨¨This position will evolve over time. Pay will be commensurate with education, experience and training needed. The right candidate will be a spokesperson for VASTA, embrace the philosophy, be flexible and communicate concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
