Catalyst design is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that requires strict attention to detail and the responsibility to manage multiple projects at a time.
Duties Include:
Inventorying and organizing blank garments for print
Assisting lead screen-printer with printing
Assisting with color matching/mixing ink
Prepping screens (burning, washing, masking)
Breaking down press and cleaning up after jobs
Running embroidery machines and sewing machines
Occasionally running our large format digital printer
Ideal Candidate:
Familiarity with screen-printing
Detail-oriented and eye for precision
Ability to multitask
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive manner
Creative problem solver
Printshop hours are generally 9-5 daily, however, flexibility to work overtime is preferred.
