Easterseals Vermont is the leading agency in the state in working hand-in-hand with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) to find family-centered solutions to problems.
The person in this key position will oversee an assigned team of Drivers. Responsibilities will include observing team performance, maintaining driver evaluation records, providing feedback to employees and management team and conducting performance evaluations for assigned team. The person in this position will also provide some transports to children.
This is a full-time (30 hours a week) position. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, the actual hours will vary.
This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. A minimum age of 21 is also required. This position also requires proficiency in the use of the calendar function of Microsoft Outlook and experience in managing schedules of multiple employees. A vehicle with insurance that meets our coverage requirements is also necessary.
