Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity has a job opening for Warehouse Associate/ Donations Processor to help unload the donations from donor's vehicle, with help from other staff as needed for large items. Provide donors with a positive donating experience to ensure they return. Responsible to clean, price, and prepare all donations and move them to the "Ready" area. Helps maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the ReStore receiving area. Provide general customer service for donors and shoppers.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure that every donor receives timely, courteous service.
Assist donors with unloading their donations.
Clean and prepare donation and place them in the "Ready" zone
Assist in the pricing of merchandise to be sold.
Assist in the unloading of ReStore trucks
Qualifications or special skills needed:
Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity ReStore would like to have an employee with a friendly and helpful attitude to assist in the everyday operations. Knowledge of retail sales and household repairs is a plus but not required. The ability to lift 50 pounds alone and 75 with help.
