If you are an experienced IT problem solver looking for a position that provides a growth path, ClearBearing is seeking full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills for both over the phone and in person technical support. The position will also provide the time and training to allow for team project work and systems management/engineering responsibilities.
Candidates with diverse experience will be considered. Windows Desktop/Mobile experience (Windows 7,8,10, etc.), Windows server systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, security, IIS, Exchange, etc). Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks (routing, firewalling, NAT, VPN concepts) is crucial. Experience with Mac OSX and Linux systems is a plus.
