Looking for reliable, emotionally intelligent, empathetic individuals to help with security at one of Burlington's best nightclubs. Einstein's Taphouse is a bar that serves up delicious cocktails, amazing service, and the best dance party in town.
Responsibilities include:
Checking ID's of individuals
Keeping an eye on the crowd
Watching for intoxicated individuals and escorting them out
De-esculation of high-stress situations
We treat everyone with respect and patience, even if they are are being unruly, rude, or disrespectful.
Security needs to be able to keep their heads cool, even in high pressure situations.
Experience not necessary, willing to train the right individuals
