PJ's Auto Village is looking for someone to join its sales team. Automobile sales experience is NOT necessary.
We have a unique sales approach that fits our market and goals. We sell mostly new and used Mazda's and we truly believe in the product we represent. We never work on Sunday and we work 5 reasonable days per week.
This job might be for you if:
You enjoy people. All kinds of people. You get a kick out of getting people to the 'aha' moments. You are patient, level-headed, and 'cool as a cucumber', no pun intended, under pressure. Helping people realize they want something new makes you all warm and fuzzy inside.
You like the details. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right every single time. You stay focused, dedicated, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
You think on your feet. You like to learn new things, and can learn them quickly. When things change, as we know they change daily, you know how to roll with the punches.
You communicate. You write clearly. You speak eloquently. . . you know, you can talk to anybody. You can explain anything to anybody, whether it's through the phone, email, text, or better yet, in person.
