Job Requirements:
- Providing exceptional service throughout the customers experience
- Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone and through email.
- Serving as an advocate for Shearer Acura by sharing what makes us the smart choice
- Consulting and guiding your customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation
- Facilitating steps to the sale, such as the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives, and submitting finance applications
- Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork. This position may require other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License, with satisfactory driving history
- One year of prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required.
