Small team-oriented landscaping company in the Stowe area looking for a someone to lead the gardening crew. We take care of high end properties and are looking for a detailed minded person who can see what needs to be done and direct and oversee employees throughout the completion of the job.
Hours/trasportation
Regular work hours are 7:30 to 4:30 meet at shop and disperse from there. (weather dependent)
Company vehicle and all tools provided for the day
Part time is possible with minimum of 3 days a week on a set schedule
Flexibility for appointments and family within reason.
Duties
Spring Cleanup (removal of winter debris, mulching, composting, edging)
Installation and weeding
Pruning of hedges and shrubs and trees
any and all other tasks on property as needed
Expectations
Punctuality and reliability (show up on time and when you are supposed to.)
Positive attitude
Valid license and comfortable driving trucks
Knowledge of common local garden plants
Detail oriented
Strong work ethic and drive to push the crew
Ability to see the job/property and what needs to be done
