Lake Point is looking for someone to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. Daily tasks are always different and may include any combination of:
- light maintenance
- light cleaning
- landscaping
- snow removal
- addressing tenant concerns
- scheduling contractors/third-party vendors
- resolving property issues
An ideal candidate would have a customer service background, experience in one or multiple trade areas, problem solving skills, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
