Large Preservation Company looking for Vendors in Vermont (Windham, Bennington, Windsor, Franklin, Chittenden, Washington.) All Vendors will receive weekly payout for work completed. Increased workflow and territory increase available as well!
As a Preservation Vendor with us, you will be assigned work orders within your territory for completion. These services include, but are not limited to the following:
Snow Removal
Board Ups
Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance
Safety Hazard Abatement
Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair & Replacement, Handrail Repair & Replacement, Window Re-glaze & Replacement)
Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition)
Eviction Services
Roof Repair & Tarps
Winterizations
Prepare Bids & Reports
Inspections
Etc.
