We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills to join our team. We are a growing, privately owned business looking to expand our team of skilled workers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Ensure operational requirements by scheduling and assigning technicians to jobs
- Manage all customer service requirements by assisting incoming customers and phone calls
- Help drive sales through customer service excellence
- Discuss service and support needs and advise customers of work required
- Process repair orders and assign proper accounting values
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed two years of college or technical school
- 5 years related experience in heavy duty vehicle service management and/or training
- The equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position will require, at different times and frequencies, sitting, standing, walking, lifting and bending.
