The Heritage Automotive Group is looking for a full-time, permanent Outdoor Operations Associate! Our outdoor operations crew monitors our parking lots and effectively communicates with management, sales team, and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and traffic flow.
Responsibilities include:
- Moving vehicles to maintain the appearance of the dealership lot.
- Shuttle cars to and from the off-site lot for sales and service staff as needed.
- Maintain an optimum mix of vehicles off-site and on-site (age, make and model).
- Park and maneuver vehicles, in tight spaces at times.
- Oversee the lot, ensuring that fire lanes are kept clear and parking issues are addressed.
- Fueling vehicles, and working with the sales staff to manage our extensive inventory.
- Locate and prep vehicles to be photographed, for our website.
- Vehicle prep entails light interior cleaning and use of car wash.
- Preparing new and used vehicles for inventory.
- Performing related tasks as assigned.
- Use of problem-solving and effective communication skills.
The Ideal Outdoor Operations Candidate:
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Communicates effectively, assertive when necessary.
- Maintains a friendly demeanor and healthy sense of humor.
- Does not mind being on their feet all day while getting plenty of exercise.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons and temperatures.
