Summary of Role\: The Inline Test Equipment Engineer - New College Graduate will focus on equipment support for Keithley (and some Agilent) inline electrical testers/probers. The role will also help support CFM (PLY) KLA optical inspection tools This position is for a test equipment engineer in GlobalFoundries , supporting 200mm wafer FAB in Burlington, Vermont, USA. The candidate will be responsible for electrical test (ET) testers, probers and related spares/hardware as required by test operations such as availability analysis and test time reduction innovation. Essential Responsibilities include\:
- Maintain Agile Maintenance calibration documentation for Keithley and Keysight test systems
- Work with crib part Planners to maintain and add spares for testers as needed
- Provide second level support for test systems interfacing as needed between maintenance tester vendors
- Maintain Keysight Maintenance agreements
- Provide Tool Status and coordinate planned maintenance as needed for test capacity
- Interface with Probe Engineering and other groups as needed for overall test systems
- Maintain inventory of probes in ensure sufficient quantities on hand.
- Work with the Probe vendors to quotes as needed for new supplies and repair.
- Create requisitions for above working with purchasing
- Create requisitions and follow up on POs for supplies as needed
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Associate, Bachelors or equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or Engineering
- Years of Experience\: 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Travel Requirements\: 0% of Travel
- Language Fluency\: English (Written & Verbal)
- Basic understanding of electronic knowledge such as voltage, current, resistance, capacitance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a globally matrixed team or environment
- Aggressive learner and a strong team player, multitasking, on-time delivery of assigned work
