Summary of Role\: The role is a Process Integration Engineer for Interconnect and Post-Fab process operations. Specifically, this individual will have responsibilities for ensuring the unit operations are integrated together to meet customer requirements and GLOBALFOUNDRIES business objectives relative to cost and Fab productivities. Essential Responsibilities Include\:

  • Monitor and manage daily in-line controls for defectivity and physical dimensions
  • Drive improvement projects to optimize current process for line yield, process cost and productivity
  • Manage quality deviations according to existing business processes
  • Lead/participate structured problem solving
Other Responsibilities\:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Qualification: Required Qualifications\:
  • Bachelor Science Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or related discipline
  • Less than 5% - 10% travel required
  • English language (Written & Verbal), presentation skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications\:
  • Advanced Degree in an Engineering Discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills preferred
