We are a fun-loving organization; we have many functions and group activities- from our annual pot luck to our community outreach programs- we work hard and play hardCURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Operations SupervisorThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of their team. Ensures Technicians understand their role in safety and in driving a safety culture. Creates a positive work environment and builds a culture of loyalty and respect.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and improves operational efficiencies with dispatch, fleet, and customer service. Conducts tool box talks or a mechanism for engaging each technician everyday Reviews daily routing schedules in advance of the day of service Checks in with each tech every day Conducts check rides Solves technicians problems in a timely manner Observes technician driving habits Monitors morale Delivers customer interaction training Ensures technicians are properly trained in all aspects of their job Actively works to gain the respect of subordinates through daily interaction with subordinates; promoting team work, harmony and productivity. Reviews all work orders daily Leverages employee talents by increasing strengths to promote optimal operational efficiencies. Ensures a safe and healthy work environment is maintained at all times and all personnel are trained in operational safety policies, procedures and requirements. Enforces company safety policies and ensures safety equipment is provided as needed to employees so they may safely perform the duties of their jobs without injury to themselves or others. Conducts performance appraisals, counsels, and disciplines as needed to ensure optimum performance of each employee.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Reasoning Ability – Ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Active Listening – giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Communicating – Effectively providing information to clients, supervisors, peers, and subordinates. Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Monitoring – Monitoring/Assessing performance of technicians to make improvements or take corrective action. Judgment & Decision Making – Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to make the most appropriate decision. MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred)2. Five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry.3. 5 plus years with direct responsibility managing a team of skilled and unskilled workforce4. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.5. Strong leadership and communication skills6. Self-starter who can drive accomplishments7. Strong customer (operations) focus8. Understanding and experience in driving a safety culture9. Excellent interpersonal skills 10. Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation
