Others will not be considered for this position. www.castleton.edu/beastTo assist in the operations of Pico Mountain resort by providing superior guest service while performing a variety of front-line jobs and exhibiting the flexibility to move easily between various positions throughout the day.A resort worker will be trained in a variety of positions within the base lodge and will be assigned to tasks based on the staffing needs and the flow of guests through the resort. On high volume days, it is likely that the Resort Worker will move through several different positions in the lodge following the greatest flow of guests. For example ticket sales in the morning, working the lunch rush in the food court mid-day, & helping with rental returns at the end of the day.SAMPLING OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESA variety of positions will be included in the resort worker's responsibilities. Commit to a minimum of 12 days work between December 10 and March 30.
