Job Details:Title: Business AnalystLocation: Montpelier, VT (Remote) Duration: 12+ months Roles & Responsibilities:) The BA will work with State resources to elicit and document business requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria and manage the requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project using the client's Azure Dev Ops environment.) In addition to requirements documentation and management, the BA will document current and future state business processes and conduct gap analysis, where applicable, to ensure all business processes and requirements will be met in the new solution.) Project Manager and/or OPM shall provide project oversight and guidance on behalf of the client in accordance with their statutory obligation to oversee, monitor, and control the client's information technology activities. Basic Qualifications:) Demonstrated, strong elicitation skills.) Demonstrated experiences as a Business Analyst and performed functions outlined in this SOW-RFP, including facilitating testing.) Demonstrated ability to perform and work independently in a self-directed manner.) Demonstrated experience performing as a Business Analyst on an Agile/Scrum Team (Product owner experience is preferred).)
