Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a

Project Administrator!

Essential Job Functions

  • Schedule and assign all installs (VT, NH, ME, NY) for Drivers, Document Technicians, Sales and Solutions Professionals
  • Interacts with clients and Account Executives
  • Performs pre- and post-confirmation calls with clients
  • Track installation progress to ensure tasks are completed and projects are closed
  • Runs timeline meeting for the HOT report (bi-weekly)
  • Facilitate fleet implementation meetings
  • Makes hotel reservations when needed
  • Responsible for incoming email and Lonyx queues related to Document Scheduling
  • Works with Sales Admin as a resource to define delivery schedule for invoicing
  • Run and verify WIP report each week
Essential Activities:
  • Schedule projects for Document Sales team
  • Sales support backup for invoicing
  • Facilitate fleet implementation meetings
  • Perform pre and post implementation phone calls to clients

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • High school diploma required. Some college coursework preferred but not required.
  • Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Experience Preferred)
  • Enjoys working with clients
  • Constantly seeks ways to automate and improve processes
  • Strong communication skills
