- Manage design/development projects, with overall technical, cost, schedule and risk responsibility.
- Coordinate work with other internal engineering groups, outside vendors, consultants, and team members.
- Coordinate design activities and design decisions.
- Assumes responsibility as primary client liaison for projects managed.
- Ensure proper cost, workload, and schedule planning, utilizing company resource management tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Minimum B.Sc. ME or similar technical degree required
- M.Sc. ME preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years active project management experience, in areas appropriate to projects being managed.
- Abilities: Clear, concise written and oral communications skills in English. Competency with the Microsoft family of business software products required.
- Other special job requirements (i.e. travel, word processing, physical demands, etc.): Some travel required, both domestic and foreign.
- Must be US person due to ITAR work.
- Manage technical, cost, schedule, and risk for Engineering projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Ability to lead and delegate.
