DescriptionThe Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a Tech Refresh/Data Analyst Intern. This individual will work as a member of the Infrastructure Services Enterprise Operations (ISEO) Program team supporting an extensive tech refresh effort critical to DIA. This will include a variety of IT/tech refresh/data analysis activities related to the common use of information technology systems, functions, and elements. The role will be critical to the operation and automation DIA tech refresh capabilities, analysis and support of automation and innovation.Possess a desire to want to learn more about:
Tech Refresh policy, procedures and operations
Data Analysis
Emerging technology and information systems/networks
Security tools, techniques, and methodologies
Primary Responsibilities:Plan and evaluate processes and procedures to support the following tasks:
Assist with development of documentation.
Research, create and test data analysis dashboards.
Perform tech refresh installation of systems.
Support escalation to and work closely with install techs and data analysts as required.
Assist with the identification, creation and refinement of the team’s processes and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled, in good standing within an accredited college pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Be self-driven and highly motivated.
Can work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly on the job
Outstanding work ethic and professionalism
A demonstrated goal oriented and results driven personality.
Ability to deal with change and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
