We are in need of a motivated Training Lead 4 to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provides functional technical expertise to the development and integration of capabilities into mission-partner environments.
  • Efforts include system engineering expertise to requirements definition, design, development, integration, prototyping, testing, and production support.
  • Provides system engineering oversight to academia and innovation developers in the development of technical solutions and supporting documentation.
  • Develops and reviews design documentation, system descriptions, test plans, and associated technical data.
  • This role supports subtasks for the Space Domain Awareness capability area.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • PhD: Applied Science/ Chemical Engineering with expertise in Research and Development, Inter-disciplinary Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, Technical Writing, Financial Analysis and Technology Transition.
  • Innovation engineer and project manager with Advanced Technology Development experience.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, analytical, articulate and organized engineer and project manager.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in the areas of service, delivery and applied technology development, applied research and contract management.
  • Program manager for DoD/ ISR projects, rapid data to decision (D2D) requirements technology development, for Warfighter support.
