Robert Half is seeking a Sr. UX Strategist/Designer to integrate with the in-house team of a healthcare client for ongoing UX projects. To be a successful candidate for this role, you must OWN the UX strategy throughout the lifecycle of the project, from discovery research, through implementation, launch, and beyond. That means rolling up your sleeves as an individual contributor as well as collaborating with the team for user/stakeholder interviews, wireframes, journey maps, flow diagrams, prototypes, and more. This role is a 3-month remote contract with the potential to extend; hiring immediately. This is NOT a UI designer role. Your portfolio should reflect case studies and relevant experiences for UX Research/Strategy/Design skills.Responsibilities:- Deliver creative, strategic, detailed solutions that sit at the intersection of design, content, business, and engineering;
- Ability to lead projects and teams, including delegating tasks and collaborating with team members with other skill sets;
- Craft the product strategy narrative by prioritizing client goals, defining problems and opportunities, and recommending the design solution;
- Articulate complex concepts and insights through the creation of journey maps, information architecture, flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes;
- Recommend and execute research activities, from stakeholder interviews to contextual inquiry, from analytics analysis to user testing, all based on sound methodology;
- Synthesize the research and map the vision of the future user experience, having the courage to pursue disruptive and forward-thinking approaches;
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work
- 3+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Able to use graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
- You will succeed in this position if you have strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of wireframes
- Command of Prototypes
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Proven record of expertise with design software applications and tools
- A portfolio with UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
