Job Details:Title: Business Analyst Location: Arlington, VA (Initial Remote)Duration: 9+ Months Roles & Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of current and future business processes Leading and facilitating business process discussions with business subject matter experts and other functional resources Participating in the optimization of business processes consistent with project scope Providing functional design recommendations for the project, specific to the Accela Civic Platform and its integrated OnBase ePlan electronic plan review component Developing and maintaining knowledge of Accela Civic Platform, and bringing this technical expertise to functional discussions with business users Basic Qualifications: Experience with SaaS solutions and configurations Experience with local government Ability to learn business operations and line-of-business environments related to building, land development, and permitting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicting issues/requirements Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and superiors to build consensus and develop an understanding Sound systems analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues, drive resolution efforts, and deliver results Strong knowledge of data and process modeling, and analytical and problem-solving Apply Here : Apply NowVacancy expired!
