This position is at the Pentagon 50% of the time, with the rest of the work being completed remotely.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Analyst to support our client at the Pentagon. This individual will support future capabilities analysis for a critical US Navy program. Specifically, this role would support the areas of facilitation of foreign engagement and security cooperation, strategic thinking, planning, and programming support including data collection and research, decision support creation, analytical support, technical assessment, and executive-level assessment briefings in support of the business unit's priorities. Task interaction will cross all Navy organizations and echelons, and include interaction with the U.S. Marine Corps and coalition partners.This role will also involve providing analytical expertise in support to government personnel in evaluating and integrating capabilities, programs and technologies for Navy Information Warfare. This support includes the following: analytic support development, brief production, analysis integration support, study execution management, and general capability and programmatic assessment process development.Functional Responsibility: Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and controlling performance of technical, business and financial services projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Provides primary interface with client management personnel regarding strategic issues. Coordinates all parties to tasks, performs quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and activities for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements. Delivers presentations and leads client meetings.Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience (at least five years of which were in a managerial capacity) in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and/or unmanned systems.Contact: rkissinger@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
