- EAD the design and development of web-based interactive visual stories
- Collect, manage, munge, explore, and analyze data from various sources and formats (e.g., Python, R, or other methods)
- Render data into bold visual stories with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as graphics in the browser with SVG and/or Canvas
- Serve as a resource to reports and editors on visual storytelling and storyboarding
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 8 years of experience designing, developing, and implementation solutions in fields that include business intelligence, visual information design, and/or interactive data visualization development
- Established experience with 3D, motion graphics, illustration, mapping, or other business tools
- Proven ability creating interactive web-based data visualizations using D3
- Proficiency in web technologies (e.g., React/Vue/Svelte, TypeScript, HTML, SCSS)
- Work Status: U.S. Citizen or Holder
- COVID-19 vaccine: must be fully vaccinated and submit to weekly COVID testing onsite
