Oracle Cloud Billing Solution Architect/Functional Consultant We are looking for an implementation expert experienced in Oracle Cloud Billing Management. We are preferring candidate who has exposure to BillingPlatform.com (SaaS). Experience in additional modules, for example, core Financials - AP, AR, GL is an added advantage. The candidate should have excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud ERP and the overall Oracle Ecosystem. Responsibilities: Be able to architect and develop comprehensive Oracle ERP Cloud Billing solutions Assess the market and competitive landscape of clients to understand client priorities and identify opportunities Engage in Design discussions, validate POCs and provide technical assessment for IT Services Billing Platform migration. Run workshops to gather and document business requirements on IT projects. Run Conference Room Pilots (CRP)s to audit the client requirements and ensure they are reflected in the configured Fusion Applications. Document and manage business process flow charts. Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for implemented ERP modules Ensure ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling, and management processes Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations to ensure customer satisfaction Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques. Configure applications based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices Ability to identify the need for, design, build and support complex system customizations required by the client's processes. Knowledge of the full end-to-end process across modules and the integration points of each. Ability to perform financial reconciliations during the configuration and testing phases of a project to identify any subsequent issues with the configured environment. Qualifications 10+ years of consulting and/or Oracle ERP cloud billing solution experience. Solid knowledge of implementing, using, and integrating Oracle Fusion Billing module as well as Financials. Preferring candidates to have exposure to billingplatform.com(SaaS Platform) Ability to manage the customer expectation and resolve challenges Strong consultancy skills including consulting experience with blue chip companies engaging with Senior Management and Director/CIO level as appropriate for organization size Acted as a lead functional consultant on at least two end-to-end Fusion or Oracle E-Business suite implementations Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience The ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required. Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in working effectively within a team and displaying good communication skills. Excellent mentoring and skills transfer capabilities Organized and self-motivated An ability to adopt and adhere to client policies and procedures
