An active secret security clearance is requiredThe ESB Data Engineer will be fluent with a variety of data models from business systems planning and data requirements planning and will have experience in designing web services with optimal security and performance.

Education and Required Experience:Possess secret clearance at a minimum.Current Security+ Accreditation required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related technical field.5 - 7 years of related experience in the Information Technology field with an emphasis on large-scale ERP systems.3+ years of strong experience with enterprise service bus technologies, to include design, installation, configuration and testing in Linux/Solaris environments; Oracle ESB/MFT required.3+ years of strong experience with scripting in Solaris / Linux platforms; sample scripts available upon request2+ years of strong experience with messaging technologies, to include design, installation, configuration, and testing; Kafka required1+ years of strong experience with SQL Compliant Database; Oracle preferred.Proven track record of successful deployment of ESBs from requirements gathering through implementation.

Desired Experience:Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and PeopleTools2+ years of experience integrating OSB with PeopleSoft Integration brokerExperience configuring Confluent Platform in Linux environments; Schema Registry, Connect, REST, & KSQL plussesExperience working in SIPRnet and deploying ESBs aboard the SIPRnetExperience working w/Cross Domain GuardsExperience working w/Dissemination, Mandatory Access Controls (MAC), Role Base Access Controls (RBAC), and knowing the difference between themExperience working within a DoD Data Center such as DISA.Proven track record of successful deployment of ESBs from requirements gathering through implementationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownershipMust possess strong oral and written communication skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
