An active secret security clearance is requiredThe Oracle Identity/Access Management Engineer responsibilities include system design, planning, implementation, configuration and daily administration of the following Oracle Identity and Access Management software components: Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Oracle HTTP Server (OHS).

Education and Experience:Possess secret clearance.Current Security+ Accreditation required.BA/BS with 7+ years of related work experience.5+ years hands-on Oracle Administration, including implementation of authentication and authorization using Oracle Identity Management Suite 11gR2/12c.3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM, OAM, OUD, OPAM).3+ years of Network Engineering experience, preferably within DoD Infrastructure.Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management High-Availability and Disaster Recovery.Proven track record of successful deployment of Identity applications from requirements gathering through implementation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, demonstrate strong problem solving skills and is successful when working in Integrated Product Teams.Proven mastery of troubleshooting techniques and the ability to solve problems quickly.

Desired Qualifications:Expert in Identity (specifically in the installation, configurations and deployment of OIM) or Authorization (specifically in the installation, configuration and deployment of OAM)3+ years of direct, hands-on experience with various single-sign-on methodologies3+ years of experience in developing software applications3+ years of experience working with Red Hat Linux, Solaris and Windows Servers3+ years of experience with a SQL-based database, preferable OraclePossess a solid understanding of Oracle Solaris 11Experience provisioning users with OIM to the PeopleSoft HCM and LDAP connectorExperience setting up workflows using OIMExpertise in Java administration and WebLogicExpertise in common IAM protocols and standards such as OAUTH, SAML, JWTExperience w/EAMS Integration (Akamai)Experience w/DS Logon IntegrationExperience working within a DoD Data Center such as DISAAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownershipAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and is successful when working in Integrated Product TeamsAbility to manage time, meet deadlines and coordinate multiple, dynamic, and competing priorities.
