Overview

The Squires Group has an excellent opportunity for a

Program Analyst to join a Federal Project based in

Arlington, VA (work is currently remote but candidates must be DC based to work onsite eventually.) In this role, you will work be responsible for providing day to day administrative and planning support for a Chief Technology Officer of the government client. This is a new role and there is no better time to make it your own!

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be

U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Preference is given to those with an existing Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the government team in the preparation of and follow up on internal and external meetings
  • Plan remote and in-person meetings by scheduling meetings, compiling agendas, coordinating logistics and materials, inviting guests, and taking minutes
  • Update the CTO Operating Plan and track progress on initiatives
  • Draft submissions for the Weekly Report, Catalyst, and other communications
  • Assist the government in quickly responding to data calls
  • Coordinate the government team's correspondence and relationships with tech leaders and experts, including the CIO and other technology leaders
  • Coordinate travel and make travel arrangements
  • Conduct research to support the Research Lead and CTO staff
  • Assist in marketing the work of the CTO unit by posting updates to various platforms, including Slack, Teams, and internal websites
  • Manage CTO Unit files and ensure easy and appropriate access to files by team members
  • Coordinate onboarding of new staff members including procuring equipment, requesting account access, orienting staff to the CTO unit, and providing basic orientation to internal systems
  • Track internal deadlines, including on-time submission of timesheets, budget requests, and other administrative and programming tasks
  • Supporting government staff on related and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or 3 years of professional experience
  • 3 years of experience with Requirements Gathering and project and program management support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interim or Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience with Salesforce or another digital platform
  • Experience working in a technology focused organization
  • Experience supporting government personnel
