Job Description

Isobar Public Sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can effectively communicate with all levels within an organization. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, able to perform effectively both independently and as a team. An aptitude for learning, strategic planning and a desire to lead others across a broad portfolio of activities.

In this role, the ideal candidate will work across multiple Contractor and Federal teams to plan, execute and monitor progress as well as quality assurance, and leadership for the program’s execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Augment the existing team and oversee two additional resources on a day-to-day basis to achieve all project objectives.
  • Establish a program plan and project objectives.
  • Engage resources and work across teams to decompose large, complex problems into workable solutions.
  • Coordinate program reviews to manage risk.
  • Fulfill various reporting requirements.
  • Ensure security processes are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly interagency working groups.
  • Other various administrative functions necessary for successful program execution.

Who You Are

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, Secret Security Clearance is desired.
  • 10+ years of relevant project and program leadership experience.
  • 7+ years of experience delivering change management and communications services on behalf of clients.
  • Experience successfully managing high visibility, high impact Cyber Security projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in managing software development projects in support of Federal government customers.
  • Experience supporting the rollout and adoption of products for Government users.
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, policies, risks and opportunities.
  • Experience working with and managing the implementation of Cybersecurity products and services.
  • Ability to ‘hit the ground running’ working independently to understand the customers existing state and deliver value quickly.
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Expertise working directly with executive and senior-level federal clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and grow business within a dynamic customer environment.
  • A demonstrated aptitude for complex problem solving, and leading teams to success.
  • Experience leading the planning and delivery of shared services in a federal environment a plus.
  • Experience managing people, across a dynamic, matrixed environment a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • Advanced technical or leadership certification in the cybersecurity domain (CISSP, CISM, or similar) a plus.
  • Experience providing cybersecurity engineering, support, analysis, documentation, and/or validation services for a broad set of IT solutions a plus.
