Use your experience leading digital content creation and multichannel engagement to keep Nestlé up-to-date on the latest and greatest in technology to attract and engage the right talent. As a member of the Recruiting Leadership Team, partner with internal and external business leaders to deliver our Employee Value Proposition. You and your team will use technology and ensure development of comprehensive, efficient and impactful campaigns using most effective digital touchpoints, to focus on the moments that matter in a candidate journey. This role will span across multiple operating companies in the US.Primary ResponsibilitiesContribute to the overall Nestlé recruitment vision and strategy in the areas of: Handle performance, coach and grow employees to deliver premier programs in support of the Recruiting Delivery Team Partner with the Recruiting team and business leaders to elevate our employee brand proposition Identify partners and opportunities to help amplify and position our brands among top talent Build ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously evolve and grow our talent network and ensure we have strong communication plan to engage and communicate with them Strategize and measure how social media content creates high visibility to the brand by increasing awareness with candidates, customers, partners, outside vendors, employees, etc. with the appropriate KPIs and ROI metrics for employment brand and talent attraction Participate in workforce planning sessions with business and HR leaders to identify hiring needs, define the right talent profiles and agree on the attraction strategy Develop recruitment marketing toolkit & programs providing team "plug and play" solutions to solve for recruiting challenges Ability to prioritize multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances and personal styles Manage the resource and operations for backend recruiting systems to include but not limited to the ATS, CRM and Reporting Analytics Optimize recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, productivity and business partner experience Create, develop, analyze metrics that support monitoring, needs analysis and strategic insights including D&I to drive talent decisions Serve as the liaison between IT, People Analytics and Hire to Retire(Global technology project) Handle contractual relationships with various internet job search websites Handle budget, results and cost effectiveness of recruitment marketing and technology platforms Project management of technology integrations All other duties as assignedSupervision Given:Manage the Recruitment Marketing and Technology team, coach and grow employees to deliver premier programs in support of the Recruiting Delivery TeamRequirements and Minimum Education LevelOur ideal candidate is results-oriented with a flexible approach, can lead in the midst of ambiguity and change, can operate at both strategic and tactical levels and has strong relationship skills at multiple levels within the organization! Bachelor Degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, human resources or related field Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting and validated ability to use social and digital technologies and media Hands-on digital marketing experience, with a track record of building engaging marketing content across platforms and has a solid understanding of technology connectivity point Ability to apply business knowledge into practical solutions based on business strategy or organizational changes Must be able to handle opposing priorities and understand how to pivot Excellent project management, writing and verbal communication skills are required Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insights to build compelling stories to influence the business Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures Curious self-starter, always looking to improveExperience Required Seven or more years in recruitment, talent programs, talent sourcing & attraction, talent selection and managing technology Two or more years leading peoplePreferred Skills Experience in crafting, building workflows and communications in recruitment CRMs Pro in Adobe Creative Suite Worked in Recruitment Marketing (In house or Agency) Recruitment experience in a large corporation, matrixed environment Experience partnering with Procurement to drive vendor selection including RFIs, RFPs and contract negotiationEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
