As the Technology Specialist on HR People and Performance team, you will contribute to various Technology-related projects as directed by the Business Analyst Manager.You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into HR IT design documents. You will then manage the implementation of the solution design.Responsibilities will also include leading HR IT discussions with stakeholders to identify solutions to complex problems and manage the solution implementation often with the support of a cross-functional team. - Lead discussions with key stakeholders to review complex problems and requests. Work closely with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement solutions.
- Develop technical solutions to problems and ensure all applicable teams are engaged in the implementation of solutions.
- Proactively communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders. Escalate issues as needed to Business Analyst Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations using Microsoft Office suite and attend or facilitate meetings as needed to support project activities.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management or relatable experience
- 5+ years of experience in a project manager/technology specialist role
- Experience with HR Management technologies, i.e. SAP HR; Success factors Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation, and Performance Management
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience with project management tools/budgeting/communications at multiple levels
- Technical skills i.e.: integrations, analysis, implementations (lifecycle requirements/build/testing/ implementation; SAP/Success factors module specific; upgrades/updates)
- Production support, customer service and communications, documentation, etc.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools
- Experience in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment
